If you think the economy is bad now, wait until we look like the Wiemar Republic in the 1920s and we are pushing wheel barrels of cash around to buy a loaf of bread.

If you think this could never happen in America, it is time to wake up! We are running the printing presses day and night to pay for our spending and debt. Historically the way to preserve your savings, and to actually make money in the market, is to invest in the traditional safe haven of precious metals. Gold and Silver tend to go up in times of economic panic, especially when a currency is being devalued. Not only will the metals increase in value because of inflation, but the whole world is jumping to the precious metals market because this is a global recession and there is no other safe place to put your money. Our country's economy is made up of 2/3 spending. Now that we don't have the power to borrow money to fund the economy, the standard of life will dramatically go down. We hardly export anything but dollars which the rest of the world is slowly starting to reject and have nothing to fall back on to get our economy rolling again. There has never been a better time to sell your home. You shouldn't sell your home because it is a great time to make money, it is time to jump ship and wait out the storm. The housing market is on a down trend and no one knows when we will hit the bottom. Most people do not understand why we are in this crisis, and that is why many people are doing the wrong things.

A quick history lesson on why the market is so bad and why it will go lower. The Federal Reserve set interest rates very low during the Green Span years. This encouraged people to borrow money and buy things that they couldn't afford. Many people bought homes that were beyond their means. When the interest rates went back up the people who took out these mortgages found themselves not being able to pay back the loans. This brings us to today. Many houses are foreclosing and home prices are going down.

Our economy is in shambles because our country has been living beyond our means for awhile now. We have been borrowing money to pay for lifestyle. We have been running up the credit card debt, which now is around the 10 trillion dollar mark and is only growing larger. Our country is on the verge of declaring bankruptcy.

Now that our national debt is so high, countries like China are beginning to realize that we can not pay back the money we owe and have stopped lending us money. You might ask yourself, if this is the case then how did we pay for the bailout. This is where the underlying problem arises. We are now printing money out of thin air. Wall street gets this money first before it trickles down to the rest of us. By the time we see this money, it has lost a lot of its value. We print money which debases the currency. Every time the Federal Reserve prints a dollar is makes every other dollar in circulation worth a little bit less. Our dollar is not backed by gold or anything else. It is a piece of paper with no real value, and the fact that the Federal Reserve is printing billions of these dollars is going to send our country into an inflationary depression. Many people believe this is not possible because our country is so large and has been such a dominant world power. It saddens me to inform everyone that we are headed into a depression. We have run up the credit card debt and now we are printing money to pay it off. This is stealing the savings from every American by making every dollar you have worth less and less.

If you want to preserve your wealth and ride out this depression your best bet would be to sell your home ASAP, because although you may think prices are low now, they are going to go a lot lower. Take this money from selling your home and rent. Housing prices are going to go a lot lower and if you want to survive this coming depression you need to take any dollars you have and buy precious medals, such as gold and silver. This will preserve your wealth while the dollar loses more and more of its value.

The banks are pushing for a world currency and soon the dollar will no longer be the reserve currency of the world. Starting November 15th President Elect, Barack Obama will be meeting with banks to start the talks of this transition. So my advice is sell your home while it still has some its value. Buy gold or anything else that will preserve your money while the dollar declines in value. Rent a property until this depression rides out its course, then take your money that you preserved and buy a home in a few years after this mess is finally through. You will be able to buy properties for pennies on the dollar at that time.

Right now is not the time to worry about using your money to make money, right now you need to worry about preserving your money because if you keep it in the dollar you will lose all of your savings. We are living in tough times and its time to act to preserve your wealth. Sell your home while it still has worth, take that money and rent or downsize considerably and wait out this inflationary depression. Although we can not change what will happen to the dollar, we can prepare ourselves by taking the necessary steps to preserve our wealth.

Well I just went down to the local district voting area and I sat in the booth contemplating who I should vote for. I really struggled, should I pick Bob Barr, or Chuck Baldwin... decision decisions.... I remember how Bob Barr screwed over Ron Paul by not showing up for the 3rd party announcement. I also never followed Chuck Baldwin much and heard he was a religous freak and as you may or may not know I am an agnostic so I am not for that. I finally decided to just write in Ron Paul.

It really pisses me off that in order to support the troops you have to support the war as well. I love our troops and am I proud that they would sacrifice their lives to protect out freedoms. Unfortunately they are being used in needless undeclared wars that any American, if they understood what was going on in the world instead of watching fox news, would want us out of. I am sorry that the powers that be are exploiting the troops and I wish we could bring you home. But I guess we will have to wait to leave with "honor". What exactly do they mean when they say, bring them home with honor?? In a fucking body bag? How about we bring them home with their lives, how about we let them go their families and save our military for when our freedoms are really being threatened.

So all you McCain lovers.. I support the troops I am just not brainwashed and stupid.. this war is going to be the destruction of our economy and country we need to come home on our own.. because if we don't we are going to be forced to come home because we can't afford it. I prefer bowing out instead of having to leave because we are broke.. what kind of message does that send to the world? To me it says we are weak and gives them every reason to attack. If we bow out peacefully at least we can save some face.

Oh and all you Obama lovers.. he just like McCain.. Look at his voting record.. hes a good speaker but full of shit.. there will be no change under him. We need real change, don't let Obama or McCain sweet talk you.. wake up America.. they both support the bailout, they both support war, and they are both going to do the same things in office because they are controlled by SPECIAL INTEREST groups.

Obviously its not.. you think they want to be used in Iraq? Just because McCain loves war and was in one does not mean he should lead our country. Yeah he has experience, but the wrong kind.. I dont want someone in office who wants war.. but the military industrial complex runs both parties foreign policy.. stop being ignorant.. please wake up and do some research instead of watching the main media!

I watched Ron Paul's press conference yesterday and as expected he did not support John McCain. I was surprised to find out that McCain's people actually contacted him the day before the press conference, asking him to endorse John McCain. Was that even worth the time? Anyone who follows Ron Paul knew he would never support McCain.
He instead announced that he was supporting all 3rd party candidates and just wants the American people to realize the problem with the status-quo. We need to send a message to the government that we don't like who you are letting us vote for. We need more voices to be heard, what kind of debate contains two people who basically agree on all the major issues, and both are dead wrong. They are either stupid, which I highly doubt, or favor special interest groups over the American people.. ding ding I think we have a winner.

Alright, so with the recent takeover of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by the government, the taxpayers are the ones who will bare the financial burdens of other peoples mal investments. The government bails out these huge corporations at the expense of its people. We are in a financial crisis, our debt is in the trillions and growing at exponential numbers everyday. We are living well beyond our means and we don't hear about it in the media, except for Glenn Beck and maybe a few others. With the economy being such a hot issue, I do not understand how major media can ignore this and I do not understand why the American people are not asking more questions. Both major parties are dancing around the major economic issues. They both talk about change, which sounds good, but they don't offer us anything new. I am so tired of this political game, we need real leadership that understands the problems and will address them, instead of following the platform laid out to them by their party. Obama and McCain don't even differ on many issues at all, and when they do, it is so marginal that it doesn't matter at all. Can we get someone else on the ballots besides these two corrupt parties please?
